The Decoy W-S51 Assist Hook is a treble hook designed exclusively for use as a stinger hook. The third fluke of the treble serves as a holding spike and points in the opposite direction. It releases quickly and easily from the soft bait when the hook is struck. The force of the strike therefore acts very directly on the two main hooks. The lure is also protected as the retaining hook damages the material significantly less than a conventional treble hook. Due to the offset position of the retaining hook towards the eye, the W-S51 Assist Hook can also be attached particularly far back on the soft bait without impairing its action. The almost "mean" sharpness and the wire thickness, which is absolutely suitable for big fish, are further advantages of the hook manufactured in Japan.
