Skirted Jigs & Trailer
Skirted jigs are much more than simple jigs with a few fringes. Most models have a weedguard and can therefore be used relatively safely even in areas with obstacles. The fine fringes are especially effective when the skirted jig is led very slowly and especially with long pauses at the bottom. Basically Skirted Jigs are equipped with a trailer, a softbait. For this purpose swimbaits and twisters are just as suitable as worms and crawfish imitations.
